Dont use ssris theyre the biggest scam jews have been shilling for years. you wont kill yourself and you wont feel negative emotions but you'll also LOSE all the positive emotions, everything will just be meh. Your motivation and energy will drop to 0, its the most retarded pill I've ever taken. What kind of fix to depression makes you feel alright with your shitty life while taking away the energy and motivation to work towards improvement. Its so fucking retarded just remembering its prescribed pisses me off.

For the ket nasal spray buy distilled or BAC water from anywhere reliable. Peptides have been on the rise so you can easily find this.

Next buy an empty glass nasal spray on amazon. Typically these spray 0.1ml of liquid per squeeze.

Now to measurements, you have to be specific as fuck here. Buy a weighing scale, the one that goes to 0.001 gram (or 1mg).

Next buy a syringe, it doesnt have to be anything fancy, just make sure the lines on it are accurate and that it can hold atleast 10ml of liquid. This will be your measuring device for the liquid you will use.

For the liquid, as I mentioned before, use DISTILLED water or BAC water. These come in a vial (assuming you got it from a reputable source) and are free from any contaminants. Lastly, yes ketamine dissolves mixed in both of them, no it does not ruin your ketamine.

Im assuming you want to copy spravato so we'll use that as a basis for the mg dispersion. Assuming you have 10ml of liquid inside your spray, you will need 2.8grams of ketamine which will equal to 28mg PER USE.

To mix that shit its simple, get your weighed ketamine, put it inside the nasal spray, get your measured water using the syringe, put the measured amount into the nasal spray, close the nasal spray with the top, and shake it. You'll notice all the ketamine crystals will NOT be dissolved immediately, dont worry thats normal. Just leave it alone for a few hours and come back once you can see that there are no particles anymore and the water is see through clear.

After that you're set, enjoy tripping.
