When peaking on ketamine you might think "muh I found the answer to ending my torment" but as soon as you come down the experience is lost like a forgotten dream and just doesn't resonate the same it did when you were peaking.
So it's pointless for improoving your life.
People who advocate this scam just like to get high.

The whole point of ketamine is that it is shown to have longer-term effects AFTER THE HIGH that continue to reduce depression, elevate mood.

It's not about peaking on ketamine, I believe with the normal ketamine infusion therapies that they do, they don't go as far as to make you k-hole like recreational users would. Neither did I.

I was doing this since late 2022. I did about 1gram/month for a while, but eventually I started doing too many different drugs and going to too many raves so I stopped with this in early 2023.

I will start doing ketamine-therapy again, but do it more ordered without as much mephedrone/MDMA that I was doing.

I think the 1gram/month, administered 250mg once a week, is a good dosing schedule tbh. Although it's on the heavier side.

I've felt like shit every time I did a lot if it
And if I didn't do a lot then I would feel pretty neutral after
I suspect some of your success at least may be attributed to slaying stacys at raves therapy which I bet is pretty effective

Slaying JBs on ketamine is indeed a good therapy on its own

Hmmm, but you are k-holing on ketamine.
If you do ketamine on a low dose it's like being a bit typsy on alcohol. When that effects starts lingering off, within 2 hours I feel completely normal again. But slightly less depressed.

You are NOT looking for a 'depression cure' in ketamine. I am merely talking about a slight effect that makes you slightly less likely to think negatively, slightly less depressed feeling.

You can look into the studies done towards ketamine and the effects on your brain, and one of the most interesting things of ketamine is that it increases brain plasticity in certain regions associated with depression. Theory is that it makes you live slightly 'less in the past' and more accepting of new situations/life. Which could be a major help in curing your depression combined with other strategies to reduce depression and elevate mood.

The idea is to do it twice a week for several months and the brain rewires itself to feel that optimism all the time. Alternatively you could microdose it everyday. Elon Musk does that.
