Once you stop eating carbohydrates your body can entER a ketosis



It will start burning fat as main source of enERgy. Is it worth it? I wanna keep muscles but lose body fat so i can reach an aesthetic physique

Is there any side effects that is bad for looks or testostERone? (only 2 i care about)
