doesnt disprove that ketosis is the natural state of humans and all the animals studied for this subject

I don't get the whole cult thing, it's ridiculous. The funny part is, most people aren't counting calories and eating waaay too much fat.

I just find it easier to stick to. Eating 1200 calories at 45f/45p/10c is incredibly easy, I struggle to eat enough. If I eat 1200 calories and have an apple? Instant insatiable sugar cravings and end up eating 3000 calories of junk

if you dont have hunger it means in most cases that your body doesnt need food

the lack of appetite usually lasts for a few weeks or even less, then your body starts to crave food

if you were to eliminate from your diet all the processed food, all the useless empty grains, all recent vegetables and all out of season fruit you would be on ketosis unless you live in a tropical country and you consume a big amount of fruit and honey but this is unstable and would cause lots of problems

Cause this dude is talking that keto is worse than cocaine, I just want to know if that is true, that is why I called you. You seem to know enough to debunk these arguments or researches that are shown here.
 
@KING REIDYZ what about OMAD?, will it have the negative effects of keto shown in the second research you posted?, Since OMAD implies waiting 24 hours till the next meal, and can trigger a ketogenic state even if you are on carbs, although in a short period of time. In the research you posted I've read that insulin increased during week 1 of ketogenic diet to maintain blood glucose levels normal, but after that the glucose intolerance process could be triggered cause the balance could no longer be mantained. Relating this to a possible state of ketosis triggered in OMAD, could be safe to assume there would no risk or side effects?
If you got any research like these ones on negative side effects of OMAD, I would be thankfull, if you link them to me.

No KETO is not bad it’s chewy it prevents insulin resistance and Makes your body use get as fuel to burn energy instead of carbs that’s the whole point of it. The food you eat will be natrual and not man made like grains etc. hoendtly it’s great and more filling cos fatty foods is higher in calories and more satiating. There’s guys on YT like DR EKbert

I get the point, I followed Dr Berg for a long time, but the second research posted here is rather incredibly worrying and seems to be legit or at the very least makes a legit point of how it would trigger the undesired negative side effects, please do read it, and if you got anyone who could debunk it I would be thankfull.
We are presented with 2 possibilities and I do feel that there is something off in the mainstream branch of research maybe bullshit studies brought to prevent people to do keto and lose money in them treatments, the other one is that despite the medical and academic industries being corrupted anticientific pets of the corporations, still keto could be dangerous or bad, I do consider the two sides of the coin, but I don't know which one is right. Reading the second research is specially problematic since seems to be legit. I don't know who is right I want to find out and today this research seems to be tilting the balance.
