Has anyone tried this

I found a 2% solution

Lots of anecdotes reporting it can slow or halt the Norwood reaper

I get it prescribed for dandruff, idk about any hair loss benefits tho tbh. Haven’t experienced any noticeable improvement

If you have dandruff because of sebderm its 100% a dietary problem, had the same problem for years, ketoconazole and other anti-dandruff shampoos fucked up my hair, made it dry and unhealthy and the dandruff came after 3 days of using it.

What helped me to eliminate dandruff and sebderm symptoms completely like irritation behind the ears or the nose, is going into carnivore, since its an anti inflammation diet, the most powerful there is, and from there you can try and add more foods gradually evaluating if they trigger sebderm or don't, me personally i can eat any animal product + fruits, what triggers me the most is peanut, avocado, flour based foods, heavy omega6 + sugary stuff like crumbl cookies

what type of carbs? if you have sebderm you should try full carnivore first, no milk no fruit, then add and evaluate for a couple of weeks
