Ketoconazole To prevent ever going bald

I am 18 and don’t have any signs of hair loss and have very good hair genetics from my family.


Would using nizoral or any other Ketoconazole shampoo prevent any hair loss in the future if there is some.

Becasue doesn’t Ketoconazole prevent DHT in the scalp or something ?

Or should I just keep using my Alo Vera shampoo ?
