If dht was a trash hormone your body wouldn’t make it
You can make a case that dht is what your body produces if endogenous steroid synthesis of T and other steroid hormones are impaired. So basically a plan b hormone

however, if you do not adress the underlying condition why your body has to change to plan b, you are coping hard thinking just cutting dht out isn’t going to have some bad consequences. And 5ar is much more than that
