Because I think it shouldn't be applied anywhere ever. I think state and religion should be separate and not the same entity.

Now going back to the previous point. Yes the guy wasn't educated etc. But he read the Quran and had the Quran with him after beheading a 70 years old woman and killing 2 more. The point is that it can be understood badly and can cause others harm. Which means that it should be taught under a person who explains exactly what and how to apply it irl . Or it shouldn't exist with a society which holds opposite views because there will be conflict and alot of needless suffering
