Which one is more healthy and better cardio? What are your guys experience with them?
One on hand I want to start playing tennis to reconnect with old HS friends I knew on the team (social life maxxing), but on the other hand knowing how to decently fight would be a huge confidence/low inhib boost and probably make me more confrontational
