Lead with your jab, use a high guard since theyre probably gonna be confident with head kicks on a newbie, be wary for punches right after they low kick you

If they’re a lot shorter than you you just need to try to get at distance where they can’t get you but you can
Also probably not gonna be heavy shit since sparring so don’t worry
