Frommy elimenatiry school years. scared or beat, or chased away at least 5 kids, forced me to go together with him to a parents home of a kid that had bullied me to tell the parents whta their child did and then he warned the parents to get their child in check or else. And he once had a confrontation with a dad, that went to him for slapping his child when that child was beating up another child. And he forced/pushed me to claim my spot, or defend myself if I got bullied.

Never any authoroties were asked, or informed. Or like, "teachers should do ...". Took stuff in his own hands, as steph-parent.
We are talking the 1980's early 1990's here.

Above kind of stuff. Is not just what my stepfather did. It happened on a semi-reglaur basis that adults/parents stepped in, and disciplined children that were miss behaving. Not just own kids, also others kid.

Moral of the story.
If your child gets bullied. As a parent, it's your responsibility to make it stop, or become less. Whichever way.i deally you can create it so the child can defend himself very well. That's best. And otherwise, you as the parent need to step up, and install some fears at the places that it needs to be installed in.
