I’m ngl that annoys me. I hate how people are. I hate how satisfied they are with being mediocre. And I hate how people like us who at the very least seek to improve are put down for that. Very frustrating.

i'll give you some advice your dumb therapist never will. the key to overcoming the feeling of being hunted is to become the hunter. you're paranoid worried he might be following you on the forum? do that to him. find out what forum he's on. then make an account and start stalking him and gathering all the info you can on him. then use it however you want.
