if you naturally, in your sober state have high anxiety, even drugs wont erase it permanently
however you could use them at certain times when its necessary
GABA drugs are king for long duration anxiolytic effects (alcohol is best, phenibut, GHB, benzos are alternatives), mixed with dopaminergic stimulants (amphetamine, cocaine) will for sure result in extreme sociability

if you are actually serious about this, i recommend checking your country's laws, and instead of buying from the street, look into research chemicals
not only are they more potent substances, but also extremely cheap and PURE.
one of the best options would be N-Ethyl-Pentedrone (NEP). It is cheap, has a decently long duration and will be way more potent than any of the stimulants you find on the street

Yes drugs like benzos work, but you need to expose yourself to anxiety provoking situations to stop being a lil bitch, lest you'll always need that drug anytime you want to do anything. And that's not good, right? Because then you become a bitch to the drug
