1000 calories, 200g protein, little carbs, almost 0 fat.
I skipped out on cooking my chicken and cod fillets with virgin oil because 1 tsp is like 100 something calories. But I'm using it tonight cause I already burned 200 calories with cardio earlier. It's just the cravings bro
