Every time I go (once a week usually) he gives same advice to just start a conversation with a stranger next time I go somewhere?? Like bro hell nah I ain’t doing that, prolly correct that it’d help but I’d look retarded asf.

And I only agreed to visit him for therapy for fun/something to do, not gonna follow any advice really unless great, or at least real original not heard before.

But ofc I promise at least 90% therapists are just gonna waste ur time, government slaves who follow what they’re programmed to without barely any effort needed by elites to make them stay that way.

Currently really nothin issue wise, chillin more than I’ve been able to chill for few years ! Feels nice, hopefully ur chillin max amount u can too lately my bro and any other forum members also are chillin too
