They could try multi homing on vultr or Hetzner combined with a mitigation stack. or like this forum that uses the Cloudflare Spectrum but that would be expensive and cloudfare usually deplatforms controversial sites like that but I wonder why he thinks a T1 isp so necessary. It's very overkill. They are hella expensive and extremely picky

@Jgns Tier 1 ISP are the ones that have direct peer agreements in simpler words the backbone of the internet. They can't be DDoSed easily. They are very massive, have minimal hops and unless literally the law enforcement is involved and even sometimes resist them they generally do not deplatform you under legal pressure but they're very expensive and extremely picky about who they onboard. In all my years as a software engineer I’ve never once had to touch them. Cloudflare + regular VPS/transit has always been enough. I wonder what kind of threats kiwifarms is facing to resort to this.

I just googled apparently they have burned all their bridges years ago and were already on life support. Cloudflare kicked them out twice. ddos guard and many providers have also blackholed them. It might legitimately be over.

I mean yeah, I wonder who they doxxed or threatened to dox to get that sort of heat. Theres noway a normal person would be able to bring a forum of users that are known (from what I understand) to be good at getting past opsec or wtv to that end. mb if wat i wrote didnt make sense retawded aswf wn.
