Knee Or Left Wrist X-ray?

I want to check if i have any height remaining, which would be better, a left wrist x ray or a knee x ray? Im just going to larp an injury to get it, so i wont get a bone age assessment but ill just send it to AI and on here to check after. I'll take a picture of the screen if i can, if not ill just get them to send me a JPEG of it which isnt ideal but should still be able to see.

well kind of depends on your age but a knee xray is better if your an older teen like 15-19
