Knowing how to fight is a must, may consider gymcelling from now on

Will do. Link?

Are you left handed or right handed?

First things first is to a order a good punching bag online and get it shipped to you or go to your local Boxing/MMA gym and ask them and pay them for a good punching bag. Your punching bag shouldn't be either too soft or too hard, it should be optimum softness to absorb the blow and hardness to not swing about and condition your knuckles.

Give yourself time with the punching bag. Slowly let your mind dictate your punches. It is better to slowly develop your punching ability, especially freestyling than watching videos of other fighters and copying them.

As you keep punching the bag harder and harder you will get better at punches.

Learn the basics, jabs and rearhand punches.

Everybody is unique. As you train and get into fights, your fight IQ will increase and you will develop your own style.

Choose which style you like Boxing or Muay Thai.

Religiously watch MMA fights. Free UFC and One championship videos on YouTube and pay for the pay per view UFC fights.

Once you get better with your punching bag routine, watch and learn from experts and do Shadowboxing.

Train every fucking day for 4-5 hrs at least. You may take breaks in-between that's okay.

Don't be afraid to get into real life street fights. Man up. Life is harsh, painful and unfair but you must struggle through it to be victorious. As you get into fights you will learn from experience, get used to fighting and get better.

Join an MMA forum and surround yourself with like minded individuals to get a fighters mentality.

Bonus song to hype you up

I want to inspire you because you're an incel and I know what it feels like.

You need to look intimidating, male gaze type i never catch shit in both Switzerland and Italy cause of my neck and shoulders
This is cope. The more intimidating you look, the more likely someone with a point to prove will pick on you.

A twink is too angelic to get into a fight. He defeats his opponents with his peaceful aura and female gaze appeal.

Thank you for the tips, friend. I think I may have a good punching bag laying in my brother's room. It was there for months, I'm not sure if it's still there. I'll check when I go upstairs. I am right-handed myself but some things I prefer to do with my left hand ( like jerking off :feelskek: ). I have to mention that I have larger-than-average arms as well as harder-than-average knuckles. People always wanted to do that "knuckle punching" game (you know, when you hit the other person's knuckles until the other refuses to continue due to pain) with me and I was always winning these. So I think I have a relatively good base but not entirely so. If I were to be muscular, I'd say I'd have a good base. But aside from that, I also lack technique. Due to my OCD (germophobia-like) I always avoid fights, even if I got punched (yep, really happened, I wrote about it in the OP) because of this. I really gotta work on my OCD but preferably I should be working out (with your tips) while also dealing with my OCD at the same time.

Based broski. You must become a warrior chad.

Today was a crazy day, I was with a neighbor today and he's a cool dude, things got outta hand because my neighbor was pretty drunk and some other dude started beefing with him and it escalated in a real fight when the other guy suckerpunched my neighbor and then he fell down and the guy kept punching and kicking him while I stood there helplessly. I felt like a bad friend and guilty over my inability to help. I can't fight at all and I have been in a situation where two people ganged up on me and I wasn't able to do anything despite being punched in the face twice which happened earlier this year. Now I don't care so much about myself so I did not see it as a reason to start working out / learning how to fight but after this experience today I think I need to reconsider my earlier stance.
