chin with a low hyoid and after a lefort 1 + genio operation the jaw could be better and the nose would look better and more upturned

Though this person could also get a neck lift for the hyoid, rhino and genio. They can get jaw implants

If shit under eye support you would still need infraorbital implants, normal bimax doesn’t change this.


What’s the best way to determine?
Having a lot of fixable failos is not good cause there are so many procedures you have to go through.

100% agree. So hard to narrow it down and create a solid surgery plan. I just decided to get surgeries in order of my biggest failo (first chin then eyelids then nose). Im going to eliminate failos rather than create halos because if I go down that route it's never ending with jaw implants, almond eye surgery, buccal fat removal, etc.

These are giant investments and are a lot easier said than done, if your planning on surgical intervention, make sure your softmaxxed 100% all the way before anything. Exactly. I hate people who self diagnose serious mental health shit but ive come to realize I have body dysmorphia and if a single surgery gives me an undesired result (like a nose thats too upturned) I'll 100% obsess over it and get depressed. Also people around you will think youre an insane narcissist if you get multiple surgeries. At some point those close to you will notice.

Im saying that its not renowned for jaw surgeons, it is grade A for rhino and hair transplants. People usually go to west Europe for bimax. Have the 2 bimax procedures ascended you? I asked in a post one time for the people of looksmax to reply with their bimax ascensions and got 2 people who had the procedure; one was the Indian guy who documented his procedure with Ramieri and another was a guy who said bimax ruined his face.

I have a good job which involves a lot of public interaction and requires me to be in good social standing. I would be in a lot of trouble and probably lose that job if they found out I posted here with race realists and people who eat their own shit.
