Can somebody who has a current bideltoid of 19 inches, pure frame 0 muscle reach 22" with enough working out for 5 years+

I’m pretty sure I started out at 18-19 and now I’m 21 unroided i think if I do a bulking ped cycle I’ll get to 22 but I’ll look strangely wide at 5’8 so I’m not sure if that’s beneficial
