Why do East Asians keep making excuses for their low dimorphism and instead inact eugenics and gene editing policies to make East Asian males more masculine and dimorphic looking?

Some East Asians really do have similar or even greater levels of dimorphism than Europeans and middle Easterners, but they are rare.

Gene editing can be done to remove bad genes while implanting or switching on good genes.

Hormones can also be used along with minoxidil.
