In my opinion chinese guys are more attractive than korean. But cpop and cdramas are not that popular.


Or maybe something about the korean language is just naturally really cute and sounds good to girls, but japan is more I think and many girls learn japanese because it is cute.

The west love korean media because Korea markets kpop/kdramas globally a lot more than Japan or China.
On average, the Japanese male mogs the Korean male facially. They just don't market their celebrities to the west as much.

For example, sato takeru:

vs Cha Eunwoo:

Japanese guys mog but just dont have as much of an overseas demand

Anime is a good enough substitute in the place of marketing jpop/jdrama anyways

Japanese have less appeal imo. Morr neotenous face, many closer to SEA/southern Chinese pheno, shorter and tanner skin. But a plus size is that there is more diversity in Japan and are more open to unique beauty standards.

This jap, nijiro is super popular rn. He is only 5'6 and has a unique face. In Korea, he would never even get a shot to become famous because he is a shortcel.


There is no universe where this gook actor has less appeal globally than any jap actor. Taller, lighter skin, sharp jawline and more trendy looking.

My point is, no one at this moment who are interested in East asian men prefers the slightly more "robust" jomon pheno. (Debatable if it's actually less neotenous, jomon usually have a stockier lower third and not as sharp jawline which is mistaken as being more robust)
