Some koreans can geomaxx to a place where they are exotic but in the US in california where I am, there are plenty of asians and many of them are ugly and fat and play video games all day and are short. Asians overall here do not have a high SMV like this guy is trying to act. They only will towards kpop bitches and those girls are usually nerdy and don't have many options irl because stacys with options don't waste their time thinking about korean men when they have white chads hitting them up all the time

I would say its practically a even playing field for zoomers. Of course east asians have a smaller general mass appeal. But there are great niches and subcultures that can easily help smv nowadays.

I'm trying not to take a cheap shot. But south asians are so new to the US and so small in population. There hasn't been an established niche that works for them that has been discovered yet. Media halo is the extremely imporant. East asians only started getting positive effects of media in the last 5 years or so.

i agree media plays a role. But i think being unique before all of the exposure is more crucial. Even with the media coverage, if koreans stank and was short, the totally opposite of real life koreans, it would not be as big. also the reason why i brought up amxf elderly couples is that back when they married, i assume, there wasnt any good asian representation in the media. So the fact that there are significant amount of em, shows that there were already desirable traits. Dude ive never seen an korean with a turtle chin. If there is an 8/10 white guy and an 8/10 Korean dude, the white guy is gonna be the more successful one of the two but looks are the most important factor but if the looks are about equal the white dude will have an advantage.
