How much KPV should I use per day?

For mild eczema.

use around 100-200 mcg once or twice daily subQ or topical depending on the form.
topical tends to work better for localized spots just mix the same dose into a gentle base or lotion and apply after showering. it’s really low toxicity, so you can adjust up or down depending on how your skin reacts. start on the lower end for a week, then bump slightly if you’re not seeing much change. also, make sure you’re keeping moisture barrier solid ceramide cream + KPV.

look at the rating post, im not a foid, just a bloatcell
my skin barrier is atrocious btw so im already on the ceramide cream, but it doesnt do that much either way cuz of eczema
