how do they compare to say booze/ weed

I have currently gotta find a more cost effective alternative for my mental health and looks

though i rarely drink mainly smoke it still hurts my wallet

inb4 work more, i work 60hour weeks along side gym and studying so do not have much time to myself

tried several different veins of kratom a bit ago, all it did was make me space out and want to kms. that was just my experience. might not have dosed correctly tho
