at high dosage its unironically stronger than some western bezodiazepines

you can actually sleep for 20 - 24 hours straight on high dose Phenibut , you wont even hear the alarm clock even if its blasting loud

and then the withdrawals make you stay up for like 48 hours

you gotta taper down slowly if you are quitting phenny

That stuff made me feel good. A bit to good, so I quit it. Didn't feel natural to me, to feel that good.

phenibut is also not a benzo, though it's somewhat similar, it's closer to GHB

also, last time I took phenibut, and it wasn't even a large dose and i wasn't combining it with anything else, I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible stomach ache and terrible nausea, then i woke up the next morning pretty nauseous and that nausea did not go away for over a year and I still have it, though not as bad. i had it every day and it ruined my entire year, so now i'm never going to take that shit again. i mean, maybe it wasn't the phenibut, but it's not even worth the risk for me because it fucking sucked

Not really, that I recall.
I also didn't use it much long.
But mentally speaking, I can see how it's addictive for people. I would not advice it, for people that are easily addicted, low self control.
They might become addict cells.

I really like ambien for social events, start with 5mg sublingual and redose if needed. 10mg gets me ultra low inhib. Side effects are memory loss (not that strong though) and laziness/bad mood the next day
