I will be posting tips and strategies on how to fight with your hands and legs without weapons.
The foremost principle of being a Kshatriya is being brave. Accepting whatever enemy is Infront of you without fearing defeat. Because being cowardly is dishonourable. And being brave is glorious. The principle here is to be forward/onward pushing. That's why soldiers in military march. It is an exercise of persistence, perserverance and endurance.
Go for runs to motivate yourself.
Use the hatred of your enemy as fuel, as a reaction to the unfairness of life. Thrive off competition. He wants to fight you, fight him back. Embrace the hatred.
True Kshatriyas accept all enemies as a way to better themselves. They live off fights and learn from fights to develop fighting strategies and develop further the craft of fighting.
Fight till your breaking point and attain victory at all costs. This is fitness.
The only way out of this cruel reality of life and to survive is to worship God. But Brahmins are built different, they have spiritual stamina and can tolerate pain and shame and use that to channel it to worship God instead as a mechanism and strategy or survival. It's natural to them.
How much suffering can you endure while worshiping God, in order to make life better for you, without giving up worship and being loyal to God and believing someday he will turn the tables and get rid of suffering.
The Aryans conquered vast stretches of land and people's through the prayer of a Brahmin and the muscle of the Kshatriya.
Like I said Brahmins are built different because they depend on God for everything. While Kshatriyas are resourceful and depend on themselves. Brahmins will develop a tendency to fight if they even stand up to a fight and Brahmins know they are superior because they rely upon God for everything. This is just a natural truth. Because God is Supreme and all values stem from Him.
Unfortunately God doesn't throw food from the Heavens so Brahmins need to eat and live and not die instead. As much as they worship God. This is just the basic tendency of living.
But Brahmins spend so much of time being holy and force themselves to pray for long hours. That is why promising food to Brahmins and denying them of it is the greatest sin from the perspective of God.
Kshatriyas should always keep their word, even at the cost of loss, inconvenience or even defeat. A Kshatriya should always swear upon God as the Ultimate Witness if they are asked to speak the truth. God is Omniscient and nothing escapes Him. If you make a false oath to someone whose life depends on you, that will be shame.
When someone asks you to fight at a certain time or place, you should come to the place at that time without fail and break your promise as that would be cowardly and dishonourable. This is for Kshatriyas as per Hinduism.
The question is why act in this world at all? We need food, water and shelter for survival. We need all the means to attain them
The question is, how do react to a pressing issue? Do you become more holy/Brahmin in response or do you become more physical/Kshatriya.
With God there is greater success because God surely controls the entire Universe. But Brahmins accept whatever comes their way as the will of God.
More prayer/spiritual activities; Brahmin. More training; Kshatriya.
First strategy if you know your enemy and know yourself you win a thousand battles. This is the best way to prepare for fights.
Second strategy remember your enemy and never accept defeat. Always keep him in mind. If you fail a fight, study your previous defeat so that you can learn from your mistake and
Pain tolerance is very important for Kshatriyas. How much can you go? How much injuries can you sustain before accepting defeat. You need to keep your head level even under alot of pressure. Fighting is about training in the most effective manner for victory not lashing out of pure anger. Anger is resentment. When you fight out of pure resentment an evasive fighter can lure you in to use your rushing against you.
Another principle that I wondered about. Is it better to be evasive or is it better to be confrontational?
