Prepare a solution of 5% DMSO and 95% PEG400 in a glass beaker.


Heat to 37°C and mix for 30 seconds at maximum RPM that doesn't make it spill.


In a separate beaker, prepare a solution of 40% Tween 80, 58% saline, and 2% benzyl alcohol. Add an amount of HMPC F50 that is three times as much of the KY. Heat and mix the same. The volume of this solution should be equal to the other.


Take the dmso + peg formulation, add an amount of raw KY19382 that makes it 3mg/mL. Heat and mix same way for multiple minutes.


Take the other beaker and pour it into the beaker of solvents. Heat and mix.


Distribute the liquid into vials and freeze at -20°C until you have to use them


When you want to inject, either heat the vial before you draw up or heat the syringe. Then inject subcutaneously. Doses range from 250mcg-1000mcg (1mg) per day.
