When activated, they go through the proliferating process, they actively divide, which contribute to the expansion of growth plates.
They will then go through the hypertrophic zone (expand and grow in size) then finally ossification to form bones.

β-Catenin Signaling
Activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway can enhance the proliferation of chondrocytes and delay their maturation.
This keeps more chondrocytes in a resting or proliferative state for a longer period, increasing their numbers.
GSK-3β calls β-catenin for destruction.
KY19382 will inhibit GSK-3β , meaning that β-catenin will accumulate and promote proliferation.

CXX5 Gene Inhibition
CXXC5/IDAX acts as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway.
The CXXC5 gene is like the myostatin of chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation.
KY19382 inhibits the CXXC5 gene.

I will look into the safety profile of this drug and will consider taking it.

There is no difference in the effectiveness of pharma-grade and generic HGH. The higher prices are due to legal regulations legal companies need to comply with, not because their HGH is if higher quality.

Buy generic HGH and don't waste money in pharma-grade HGH.

Get HGH and don't use AIs unless you use exogenous testosterone. HGH will make you taller, and you want need to use AIs to prevent growth plates from closing.

HGH won't close the growth plates, because it doesn't cause aromatization.

Yes i am very aware on the effects of high estrogen and low estrogen I am gonna try to stay in the healthy range and not crash it by doing bloodwork weekly. I only had the idea of taking ai because I was interested in taking enclomaphine to help raise my test levels high during puberty while also not increasing my estrogen to a point where it closes my growth plates. Do you think taking hgh and mk677 would be benneficial or would that be overdoing it? And mk677 or hgh wouldn't I need to check my insulin levels so i don't become a diabetic?

MK-677 is a GH secretagogue, meaning it uses the body's natural mechanisms to produce GH. It makes the body produce HGH.

Exogenous HGH shuts down (temporarily) the body's natural GH production, meaning using MK-677 is meaningless and a waste of money if you use exogenous HGH.

Testosterone increase from enclomiphene is only minor and won't be significant. I don't think it will be more than 50-150 ng/dL at best.

As for e2 and growth plates, you probably need to consult with a endocrinologist, I don't know at what level e2 closes growth plates. This is most likely about individual responses and variability. Everyone reacts differently to the same testosterone or e2 level.

My e2 is 500 pmol/L. Many people at this level get high blood pressure, water retention, gynecomastia, etc..., but I don't have even a single side effect.
