Also why do people post their pic here for FACE RATING ??? Imagine getting anxious and Insecure because someone from the internet rates you 3 or 4. Like why do you care so much about what others think of you.

Looks are important and we should take care of our looks and be grateful since it plays a role in our life. But getting anxious or thinking about surgerymaxxing is such a cuck trait. I believe hair transplant and rhinoplasty are low risk and can have a good outcome. But other surgery are just copes. Imagine risking your entire life to appeal to faggots who didn't cared about you when you were ugly in the first place.
