In the case of Buccal Fat where complete removal is unnecessary, sometimes unnecessary and an expensive surgical procedure…

What if we just get a fat dissolver like Kybella injected into the buccal fat area? It will no doubt get rid of a good amount and at a far lower cost.

I don’t know if buccal fat is really a typical normie concern so maybe it’s just not offered due to lack of awareness.

Clinics do tend to be conservative as fuck though about off-label uses of cosmetic injectables unfortunately.

Guess I will ask at my Botox appointment.

it's possible, it's just never been done before (medically), I know people that do it though.

it's not as risky as you might figure, since you can't cause occlusions with fat dissolvers, and the depth at which you use it there also shouldn't be a risk of major nerve damage.

The nerve damage are temporary I injected myself yesterday and I'm a little nauseaous and swellkng face but everything seems alright. I'll keep you updated about results

I had already 4 round of self injections, after the first ones (I've been super cautious and injected just a little bit) I could see a little bit of result like 1 week after. Then I start to really increase the dose and I feel like I'm still very bloated from it so for now it's hard, I'm a little bit depressed because I don't know if it's swelled or I'm actually becoming fat or smth...

Gaining fat is the enlargment of existing fat celles while the injections destroy fat cells. In consequences even if I don't see the result right now, when I will lean down I will be leaner from the place where I inject that before.

Muscles matter a lot and bulking is a long term investment, plus having lot of muscle mass allow me to go lower in bodyfat and have a better fat distribution because of the hormone, making the face more chiseled, look at bodybuilder
