i'm trying to up my game.

Yeah. My biggest regret is not continuing it. I would have progressed so much in it.

I also did muay thai in december but I'm gonna have to change gyms because of the gym pricing.

This also annoys me so much is that a lot of 'martial arts' gyms are fucking scams that want to scam money from students as much as possible. My muay thai training is probably on pause till february.

the best thing you can do is stretches at home trust me, i'm doing them weekly now that my job takes away one of my trainings.

Consider searching for books about this, they might have some nice info. You could also use some search tags to find specific content on this. I forgot how they worked but they allow you to filter out must of the non related/ ai websites that pop up when you make a search.

Gotcha, it’s best to get advanced training irl for one of the hardest fighting styles instead of YouTube.
