L Carnitine and anabolic steroids

Since injectable L cartinine upregulates the androgenic receptors, will using it together with an anobolic steroid like testosterone and growth hormone give you more bone mass and increase periosteal apposition, i have that L cartinine works mostly on the androgenic receptors in muscles and not bones like the zygos and mandible so i was just curious i have not done much research yet
