I wanted to know if l-theanine pills will reduce my cortisol and make me act normal is weird situations
I am a negative person in general and i feel like im going to fail when i try to do something
have any of yall tried l-theanine pills? I dont think they have any side effects since they are natural

5 things I would look into if your cortisol is raised:

- Magnesium
- DHA/omega 3
- Blood sugar instability
- Gut brain axis
- And Sunlight (aka Vitamin D3)

I would follow this: magnesium glycinate, cod liver oil, cut the refined carbs, get morning sunlight. Give it 6-8 weeks and see where your baseline actually sits before writing yourself off.


If you want to try it, 200mg of L-theanine when you’re in a stressful situation is the studied dose. There is some study and factual evidence behind it, although may not work for everyone.
