Best sleepmaxing and moodmaxing supplement L-tryptophan has been really helpful for me when I’m feeling depressed or can’t fall asleep. It helps me to fall asleep in minutes and improves my mood significantly





Important: don’t mix it with antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs etc.) or other meds that affect serotonin — that combination can kill you. If someone is on psychiatric medication DON'T USE IT

Im not generally a fan of precursors since effects can be unpredictavle since there is so many more things at play for your seratonin levels. Now serstonin is still important so it might be worth a shot but yiu might feel nothing and probably mild effects if you do feel something
 
how much should you dose it

I know there are many things for serotonin but l-tryptophan gave me best results from falling asleep in 1,3 hours i fall asleep in 10 minutes max
