Glycine for sleep, taurine for relaxation, and lysine for anxiety relief; these are all viable options.

What about l-tyrosine for stimulation? It increases dopamine; so much so that the military used it to promote wakefulness.

Has anyone tried supplementing l-tyrosine for energy? Are there any problems with doing so?

Yes it is good . Haidut usually takes BCAAs as he thinks those are good enough

I take it in the form of a PWO, so I've only taken it in conjunction with caffeine.

I'd like to try l-tyrosine on it's own sometime (maybe in a higher dose) so as to really explore and understand
its effects.

bro i believe L tyrosine might even cure (or minimize ) your depression

l tyrosine is underrated

l theanine is also good for depression

and living a natural lifestyle with meditation and sea men retention , some traveling and some PUA
