So basically a major newspaper had doxxed the owners of .org/.is/.net because of .net.

I thought that would have been the end of .org because I used to be on Zoklet.net and the forum also shut down after 5 years because of the owner getting doxxed, though that was by the users instead of journalists.

Alexanderr was a mod at the time, but he was seen as the most reliable, so Master or Sergeant made him the new and only admin and therefore owner of the forum.

After some time, Master came back and Alexanderr gave .org back to the rightful owner.

Alexanderr could have given a middle finger to Master and keep the forum to himself, but he didn’t. They did right by picking him, I doubt any other staff member would have done the same. They can turn into power-tripping dickheads once they’re given a bit of status.
