La-Roche-Posay is underrated and is actually pretty cheap if you buy it in bulk. The best thing I ever did for my skin other than tretinoin is using the gentle facial cleanser. I would also suggest using 10%benzoyl peroxide face wash if your skin can take it. In my case I use the 10%BP then the LRP gentle cleanser in the morning, and at night I use the LRP gentle cleanser with tretinoin so that I get the benefits of the BP in the morning without it interfering with my tret at night.
