They’re both chads, Chico’s phenotype is more popular among foids though (dark hair, tan skin etc).

Almost perfect facial harmony, features are perfectly balanced, has chad hunter eyes but they’re brown so they’re not super uncanny and intense (Devon has rounder blue eyes), perfect midface ratio (Devon’s midface is a little more compact), good ramus and jawline without being too strong and uncanny. He has insane appeal.

I don’t think it comes down to a single feature it’s his whole phenotype. Devon appeals to people who are specifically into white blonde guys, prime Chico has more universal appeal. He fits American beauty standards, European beauty standards, MENA beauty standards he even meets fucking Korean beauty standards.

I don’t think it’s a tie between each individual feature just Devon is better in some and Chico is better in some. Overall though in my eyes it’s a tie.
