Title.

It's everyone for themselves in this world right now. A lot of people don't even have strong family bonds/connection anymore. Let alone a community, feeling of belonging.

50 years ago we still had big, strong families. This has been replaced with small, loosely held together families.
50 years ago we had nationalism, now it's been replaced with globalism.
50 years ago you would stick with 1 company/job environment. Nowadays it's standard to job-hop every few years.

Etc. In every area there's a breakdown of community. Also fueled by socialmedia communication. Giving you some fake sense of belonging.

Yeah this is true it is interesting how the west has promoted this idea of caring only for yourself and not valuing helping your friends and family and community. People these days say they hate their parents just because their parents voted for donald trump or some other bullshit.

People become replaceable and we don't invest time/effort in eachother anymore.
