Human beings evolved and survived by running, lifting, building things. Getting smarter faster and stronger. It’s ingrained in our biology. Lack of physical exercise leads to mental illness, our bodies and brain aren’t ment to sit still and look at a screen all day.
If you don’t do any kind of daily physical exercise you will become weird and mentally unstable it’s that simple.
