How come none of these cosmetic surgery providers (giant, etc.) ever provide before and after pictures? My only hope is clav getting surgery will finally provide decent results from giant. Want to get surgery but the lack of transparency is ropefuel.

First of all individuals undergoing surgery are humans as well. The majority of humans don't want the surgery interfering with their privacy, thus choosing to keep the results private. This aligns with normies not posting their rhinoplasty results online and rather keeping the fact hidden, if there isn't any societal pressure of course.
