ive been drinking a liter of milk everyday for the past 2 weeks, parents found out and told me i was lactose intolerant qnd told me i shouldve been shitting my ass off if i drink that much, i havent even had a stomache ache, i checked up with some documents and its true, is lactose intolerant cope?

nah im js drinking milk since it has 33g of protein per 1l and i dont really have many protein sources since my parents only buy sweets and barely cook
