LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. AM I COOKED?

Here is some information about myself that i think you guys could find it useful.

Diet:
I always make sure to eat 3 eggs a day, drink 3-4 L of water, and drink honey and milk. I do not eat all my calories. I avoid as much as I can sugar and salt. I eat at least 1 banana a day. I do not eat bread at all (rarely). I do not eat fast food. I do not drink any kind of sodas.
I DO NOT SUPPLEMENT
Lifestyle:
Boxing, 3 times a week. 1 hour (INTENSE) almost HIIT
3+ hours of sunlight
I sleep at least 7 hours. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays I sleep around 11 hours.
BONUS:
I wash my head 3 times a week with shampoo (old spice) and apply conditioner (cheap) 3 times a week like this
Mon - Shampoo Tue-Conditioner Wen-Shampoo Thu-Conditioner .....
I apply deodorant (old spice)
Shower with old spice gel. (3 in 1)
I make my hair curly every 4-6 months (Perm)
My hair is blonde, straight naturally
I wash my teeth with a normal toothpaste (with fluoride)
Im still in high school
I still live with my parents
My diet is healthy (Mediterranean)
I am not rich, I'm medium class but I'm open to know how much money I'm going to need to supplement and stuff like that so that I can get my money up.
I use gasha.
Apply ice on my face.
I do not have sex. But last yeah I had 3+ times a week.
I wear braces.
I do not wear any polyester.
And I think that's it if any more information is needed make sure to ask so I can provide it for you guys.
I AM 6'1FT (185cm)
I have been sleeping on my back for a week now and I'm starting to see a difference

idk man i dont really know you, but you are fit and tall, which is good.

but that curly haircut and that lack of facial hair, you look like a good guy. and good guy dont fuck most of the time.

idk a short haircut with 3 day beard, u'll have that idk somewhat mysterious or dangerous for girl. but maybe you to young for that. so keeps ur abs until that day.


but remember i'm a random dude from a random forum, so maybe my advise are trash tho

Daily:
30+mg of Zinc
450+mg of Magnesium
600mg of Ashwaganda
1000mg of Tribulus
1500mg of L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate
2.1mg of Vit B6

yeah but I appreciate all the advice, im gonna make a new post soon with more pictures and better quality. At least I'm not gonna die a virgin. That was the goal, and I finally achieved it not long ago. So I may rest in peace now JFL.

what is cjc, im supplementing Ashwaganda, ZMB6 (zinc, magnesium, Vit B6), Tribulus and L-Carnitine.

not bad i recommend adding calcium and vitamin k2 and c to your stack bhai, its winter so megadose on d3 and you need calcium and k2 for bone health and mass growth. cjc 1295 is a drug thats gonna make u grow a shit ton of bonemass

yeah im already taking care of that, also started to fast and max HGH and IGF-1 levels for bone growth

If you want some genuine advice I would recommend you to get contacts or at least get a new pair of glasses that don't make you look like an actual fucking geek. Your side profile is decent other than your recessed chin. I would say you need a new haircut, maybe a middle part, anything other than what you have now. And lastly try to debloat, and get below 15% bodyfat if you arent already. If you just keep eating healthy and letting puberty to do its thing i would say you have high MTN or low HTN potential, plus your 6'1 which isnt too bad. Just get rid of those glasses and pray that your bonemass increases. Good luck.
