Diet:
I always make sure to eat 3 eggs a day, drink 3-4 L of water, and drink honey and milk. I do not eat all my calories. I avoid as much as I can sugar and salt. I eat at least 1 banana a day. I do not eat bread at all (rarely). I do not eat fast food. I do not drink any kind of sodas.
I DO NOT SUPPLEMENT
Lifestyle:
Boxing, 3 times a week. 1 hour (INTENSE) almost HIIT
3+ hours of sunlight
I sleep at least 7 hours. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays I sleep around 11 hours.
BONUS:
I wash my head 3 times a week with shampoo (old spice) and apply conditioner (cheap) 3 times a week like this
Mon - Shampoo Tue-Conditioner Wen-Shampoo Thu-Conditioner .....
I apply deodorant (old spice)
Shower with old spice gel. (3 in 1)
I make my hair curly every 4-6 months (Perm)
My hair is blonde, straight naturally
I wash my teeth with a normal toothpaste (with fluoride)
Im still in high school
I still live with my parents
My diet is healthy (Mediterranean)
I am not rich, I'm medium class but I'm open to know how much money I'm going to need to supplement and stuff like that so that I can get my money up.
I use gasha.
Apply ice on my face.
I do not have sex. But last yeah I had 3+ times a week.
I wear braces.
I do not wear any polyester.
