ORDER OF SKINCARE > WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY USING
i got this from clav's skool course. i switched up when i apply niacinamide and azelaic acid relative to tret and my skin cleared up noticeably in a month. SUNSCREEN ALWAYS COMES LAST
EYELID TAPE FOR SYMMETRY
Eyelid tape is made for hooded eyelids or monolids but if you have minor UEE that's uneven like me, this is such a big acension. Order a pack with multiple sizes and play around with it until you find what's best.
HOW TO NECK TRAINING
Just like every other muscle don't spam, SLOW THE ECCENTRIC. Doing this got me gains way faster just dont over do it.
