Depends on my occlusal plane,if its downturned I need ccw ,if its upturned i need cw downgraft.Vertical genio or whatever it is is to remove my deep labiomental fold.Life is brutal,you can never know what deformity you are gonna be born with ,I got 1 in 50000 genetic deformity sfs from my ltn fatcel dad ,he destroyed and overlapped my moms whole good skeletal genetics ( she has no maloccluions,upturned small nose ,normal jaws and never used any ortho devices and braces)

The surgery cant be done on tipped incisors like this,needs to get decompressed to true jaw position (which is maxilla probably 10-15mm forward and lower arch will stay behind)

Midline is off center which is incorrectly sitting jaws ,the teeth need to be properly brought to my own jaw position,from the side my top incisors look like /

The only other surgery I am getting is rhino (alar base reduction,deviated septum fixing and Upturning my nose ) and upper eye fat grafts,thats all.Will make me happy and finally fix my inner mental issues (which is majority caused by sfs)
