Language subforum should be closed they need to learn english

It would be better if there were no language subforums because then information would be missed by others simply bc they refuse to learn English like the rest. For example notice this: there are many Russians active speaking Russian but then other countries like in Europe just speak English and their own forums are dead pretty much. So conclusion: bc they refuse to learn it (mostly Russians) they limit what content they can read + we can’t read their content either. Thus it is better to remove the language forums they are a net negative. I remember when I was like 8 I had to learn English on forums like game forums and that’s how I learned it.

Also another thing: the Russians are a little bit crazy . Maybe it is because they can only read Russian so they don’t understand the world and think the Russian life is normal. But if they learn English they can discover this is not the case and it might help them.
