ears are the least smv taxxing thing there is no evolutionary benefit to having small or big ears, I can only see big ears as a sign of high cartilage development which is associated with testosterone

an underdeveloped antihelical fold kinda like chico in these pics is a pretty big failo tho and gives protruding ears
