Is there an effective and permanent way to clear large pores? Will ghk cu fix this?

Anything that will increase collagen production and reduce the size of sebaceous glands will have the biggest impact on reducing pore size. So any retinoid, whether that be a topical, such as Tretinion, or the oral retinoid, which is Isotretinoin, will be the best things to use.
You also need to ensure that your pores are clear as any gunk that’s in the pores will stretch them overtime if not treated. Retinoids will also clear you’re pores but if you’re not going to use one then you need to use a Salicylic Acid exfoliant 2-3 times a week to clear them pores.
Long term use of niacinimide also reduces the appearance of pores as it helps regulate oil production and improve skin elasticity.
Finally you can makeupmax with a pore blurring primer.
