good luck getting marpe or djs with the NHS lol, and enjoy the 2 year long waitlist just for appointments, scans, checkups etc... to confirm the 7 year waitlist for the actual surgery! And then enjoy the shit aesthetic result because it was only for functional reasons!

go abroad and get a good surgeon. Get ct scans first and consult with multiple surgeons to see if your canditate, including measurements e.g imw

in the UK theres no insurance or anything, healthcare is free but guess what that comes with. Insanely long wait times

Urgent eye condition + insanely dry eye condition had me waiting 4 months for an appointment to get told that a conservative measure was taping my eyes shut at night to prevent dryness and corneal damage. MRI booked after waiting 6 more months! (Urgent btw A&E visits and shit). Ill never go into this system for surgery or anything unless its scans atp

Also fym less priority nga? My cornea was legit being damaged actively, my eyes were burning wherever i looked lmao. Their only solution was taping my eyes shut at night whilst i wait for my scans and surgery. Its insanely painful till this day and im currently saving up to get LLR + Spacer to fix it in turkey
